MY STORY

How I Began and Where I’m Headed

I’ve been a fully-qualified Mental Health Nurse since 2002, gaining a DipHe in mental health nursing at Charles Frears School of Nursing in Leicester. I went on to gain my Batchelors degree in Substance Misuse nursing at Nottingham University in 2011, and have since gained my Masters Level Approved Mental Health Professional qualification at the University of Lincoln in 2015. Since my earliest qualification, I have worked across the UK within a range of specialities helping individuals achieve their wellness goals.

I provide a personalised path to plan and provide the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you. My experience working with cognitive behavioural therapy, behavioural family therapy, addiction, old-age psychiatry and adult acute crisis services within the NHS and the charity sector, means I am able to help you in achieving your goals.

"The essence of my work is to facilitate healthy mental health, through education and support."
